Cody Lee Wells was a contestant on cycle 23 of ANTM in 2016. She was the tenth girl eliminated and placed fifth.
Early Life[]
Cody attended San Jose City College. She was signed to Photogenics Media in Los Angeles in 2013.
Before the show, she worked as a waitress at a Jamaican restaurant.
ANTM[]
In auditions, the twins stated that Cody was the tomboy while Tash was the girlier one. Tash was the fifth girl called to the final cast, while Cody was the very last. In episode two, Cody became emotional in judging due to anxiety. Rita Ora asks her if she always felt outshone by Tash, which she agrees. Law Roach asks the two to hug, and her photo was praised. She won the first best photo of the cycle.
They were best known for their hatred of Courtney. In episode three, she asked them if they could leave the room for peace and quiet, since she was sick. This led to them yelling at her with Marissa joining them. Later, she got a weave at makeovers, while Tash got a fade, which was a direct contrast to their personalities. In episode eight, she and Marissa were too over the top in the live fashion editorial challenge, however, they won the challenge to the other girls shock.
She was bittersweet about Tash winning the comeback spot in episode nine, since she thought she was her biggest competition. In episode eleven, after Tash won the first call-out for the celebrity impersonations shoot, she vented to Rita Ora when she visited the house. Tash defending herself saying she thought the same about Cody. All the other girls were mad that they made the chat with Rita all about them. Later, she won best photo for the Paper magazine cover while Tash was eliminated again.
In episode twelve, she was too happy about Tash leaving that she could not cry at the acting challenge. Later, she did mediocre in the transformation videoshoot. She was eliminated over Tatiana for being too inconsistent.

Post-Show[]
After the show, the twins were featured in the magazines Solis, Tantalum, Yume, Metro Silicon Valley, and were in a campaign for the 2016 US Open.[1] She have modeled for Beacon's Closet, Fanm Djanm Headwraps, Namesake, NUN Jewelry, The Lip Bar, Olympia Elizabeth Clothing, Concrete Blues, Cross Colours LA and Skinbuttr.[2]
On her own, Cody has modeled for Target, Burer King, SF Chronicle and Thai Nguyen Atelier.[3][4]
Music[]
The twins have since formed a rap duo by the name of IIICON. They released their first single, "Getaway" on November 14, 2019.[5][6]
Personal Life[]
Cody came out as queer via their YouTube channel on April 15, 2020.[7]
Trivia[]
- She and Tash are the second pair of twins to feature on the show. The first being Michelle and Amanda Babin in Cycle 7. Conicidentally, like the Babins, both girls were eliminated in consecutive episodes.
